Anathoth Farm was founded on homemade raspberry jam, using the traditional recipe of half fruit, half sugar. While a lot has changed since then, Anathoth still makes it’s raspberry jam using batch-made techniques and country pride.
We prefer to use New Zealand fruit but NZ doesn’t grow a sufficient quantity of suitable raspberries. So we select good quality raspberries from NZ, and across the world for our jam.
No added preservatives, colours or flavours.
